Welcome to my official website.

Legal practice carries great responsibility toward the client’s interests, their choices, and objectives.

Success is not created by experience alone.

When work brings pleasure, an advantage emerges that truly determines the outcome.

If what matters to you is not the formal process, but the result – we will easily find a common language.

Attorney Konstantine Gelashvili

About Me:

I began my legal career immediately upon graduating from university.

I am a founder of the Georgian Bar Association, the Georgian Mediators Association, and several other organizations.

From 2017 to 2025, I was elected as a member of the Ethics Committee of the Georgian Bar Association, and subsequently served as its chairman. During this period, my work was focused on establishing professional standards, maintaining ethical norms, and improving the quality of legal practice.

Alongside my professional practice, I worked in various organizations as a legal counsel and engaged in pedagogical activities, which provides me with opportunities to share practical experience and deepen my professional perspective.

In the early stages of my career, I also worked in criminal law, though I simultaneously actively participated in family disputes.

I am one of the first attorneys in Georgia to implement a narrow specialization approach and consciously chose to focus on family law cases. This decision was motivated by the fact that such disputes involve more than just law. They concern human relationships, spousal conflicts, children’s interests, and the sensitive environment that requires both high qualifications and deep analytical skills.

Today, my practice encompasses divorce, custody, property disputes, and cases related to children’s interests. I approach each case individually and develop specific strategies that maximally protect the client’s interests.

My professional approach is based on precision, analysis, and responsibility, with the belief that each case is unique and requires not a template solution, but a thoughtful and targeted decision.

The literary world offers abundant resources on family matters, marriage, and divorce, including extensive Georgian and translated psychological literature, self-help guides, legal textbooks, and academic commentaries. This book constitutes an initial modest compilation drawn from my extensive years of practice, professional observations, and accumulated insights. While the cases, circumstances, and individuals referenced herein are based on real experiences, they have been appropriately modified to ensure complete confidentiality and privacy protection.
