Kostantine Gelashvili was born in 1976, December 23, in Tbilisi. In 1992 he left school # 55, of Nikoloz Mwskhishvili, same year he entered Grigol Robakidze University, Law faculty. He gradudated it in 1998, and he was awarded the qualification of Lawyer.
During the study, he began to work as a lawyer at the youth organization “Eris Momavali”.
1997-1999 – he worked as a lawyer, for “Stock-breeding and food-producing scientific-research institute of Georgia”.
From 1998 he deals as a solicitor with the solicitors union “ Vekili”.
1999-2002 – he worked for The Scientific Academy of Bacteriology, Virology and Microbiology scientific-research institute ( as a lawyer)
From 2003 he is promoter-member of Solicitor association of Georgia, promoter- partner of Advocate bureau “Konstanta”.
2006- he worked for “Sakaeronavigacia” ( Airfield Navigation of Georgia) as a lawyer.
From 2006 he is a promoter – director of LTD “G&S interior”.
During his experience he also worked as a teacher.
1998-2001- He gave a course of lectures at “Economy and Law State College”; and “Justice and Business Economics Institute”.
2002-2003 -He gave lessons of Law at school # 51 of Galaktion Tabidze .
2000 – he gave seminars of “Georgian City Assembly Association – Legislative base of local self-governance and governance in Georgia and relationship with people(population) . – at Signagi City Assembly.
2002 - he gave course of “Business law and Ethics Management Environment’.- at “Caucasus School of Business”.
He has several publications and scientific works.
